We aim to dispatch all items placed before 3pm on the same day so it will be with you the next working day!
General
- We use Interlink Express and Royal Mail for UK deliveries. With Interlink Express your order will be delivered within a specified ONE HOUR window. With Royal Mail your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm. Both will require a signature on receipt.
- Interlink Express does not deliver to following postcodes, these will be delivered by Royal Mail: AB31, 33-38,44-45, 51-56, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW15-17,KW1-17, PA38,41-49,69-70, PH19-26, 30-44, 49-50, TR21-25, IM1-9,99, ZE1-3 and Southern Ireland.
- If you are not present at the time of delivery, Interlink Express will contact you to arrange a re-delivery and Royal Mail will leave a calling card informing you to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail depot.
- Log on to Interlink Express and Royal Mail here and enter the parcel ID tracking number given in our 2nd email correspondence.
Standard Recorded Delivery (2-3 working days) £2.99
- We aim to dispatch your parcel the same day; you should receive it within 3 working days from the day you placed the order. If you order on Monday it will be with you by Thursday.
- All Standard deliveries are recorded; you will be issued a tracking number so you can track your order.
Next Day Recorded Delivery Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays £4.99
- Available on all orders regardless of the price and size of your order placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday.
- Your order will arrive the following day between 9am and 5pm.
- All orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Friday and will arrive on Monday and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.
- You will be given a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order from the moment it leaves us to the minute it arrives at your door!
- A signature will be required upon receipt.
Europe Standard Recorded Delivery (up to 5 working days) £7.99
- We deliver to every European Country!
- Standard Recorded Delivery available Monday to Friday only.
- You will be sent a tracking number to ensure you know where your parcel is at all times.
- A signature will be required to ensure proof of receipt.
International/Worldwide Standard Recorded Delivery (up to 10 working days) £8.99
- We deliver to all countries around the globe!
- Standard Recorded Delivery available Monday to Friday only.
- Track you order using the tracking number provided in your email.
- Upon arrival in your country your parcel will be forwarded on to the domestic postal service and standard delivery procedures will apply.
Returns Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your item. You may return any item within14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations state all countries within the EU have a cooling off period of seven working days to cancel your order.
- Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
- If you wish to exchange your item we ask you to include ?2 to cover the cost of postage.
- If you decide you want a refund or exchange all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed delivery and returns form.
- We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to refund or exchange it.
- We recommend you use a postal service which insures the goods and enables you to track your parcel's whereabouts.
- A refund will be issued within 1-2 working days once we have received the item.
- We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will cover the cost of postage as long as you have proof of receipt.
- If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email and refund your postage.
- You can contact our customer service team between the hours of 9.30pm and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
